Express Divorce Filing Clinics

From time to time clinics will be held where volunteer lawyers will assist low-income litigants to draft Complaints and related documents to begin their divorce case in the Hampden Division of the Probate and Family Court.  These clinics are designed to serve clients who need simple divorces but are not able to navigate the filing procedures without legal assistance. 

These clinics will be held at the Hampden County Hall of Justice in the County Commissioners Room on the 2nd floor, outside Courtroom II.

Volunteer Attorneys Needed for:

• Wednesday September 24, 2008, 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.
